Theoretically, if you put your whole team together in the same place to generate new ideas, you get more relevant results than if you ask them separately. However, these initiatives limit people’s creativity: participants will use the ideas of others to make improvements, instead of coming up with new ideas, and the imagination will stall at some point. At the same time, there will be participants who will be ashamed to speak, because they will consider their ideas inferior to those presented above.
